Overview
By the end of the course, students will master foundational principles of animation, including movement, timing, and storytelling. They’ll learn to design original characters with accurate proportions and expressive features, and create storyboards that clearly map out scenes and narrative flow. The course builds skills in cinematography, composition, and visual communication to elevate animation quality. Students will explore how color and lighting impact mood and depth, and gain hands-on experience in digital art, editing, and sound design. The program concludes with a professional portfolio showcasing polished 2D animation projects from concept to completion.
